Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between AllTest (hereinafter "Company") and its users regarding the use of the web service quality testing and reporting service "AllTest" (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the website quality testing and report provision service available at https://www.alltest.me.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's service and use the services provided in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and continuously receives information from the Company and can continuously use the Service.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms become effective by posting them on the service screen or notifying users in other ways.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- When the Company amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment, and notify them along with the current Terms on the service's initial screen from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
The Company provides the following services:
- Website accessibility testing and report provision
- Website performance analysis service
- SEO inspection service
- Security vulnerability inspection service
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Use of Service)
- Users may use the Service from the time the Company approves the application for use.
- The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to business or technical reasons of the Company, and the Service may be suspended during a period determined by the Company for operational purposes.
- The Company may divide the Service into certain ranges and set available times for each range separately.
Article 6 (Membership and Paid Services)
- Non-members: Limited to 1 test per hour (based on IP/session)
- Free Members: Limited to 10 tests per hour
- Paid Members: Unlimited tests, PDF download available
Article 7 (Payment and Refund)
- Paid services are provided through subscription payment.
- Payment is made through credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified by the Company.
- Refunds are processed according to the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc.
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
- The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- The collection, use, and provision of personal information follow the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (User's Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying or changing
- Impersonating others
- Changing information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than information specified by the Company
- Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
- Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, videos, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Service
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company shall not be liable for damages caused to users if it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
- The Company shall not be liable for service use disruptions caused by users' fault.
- The Company shall not be liable for the reliability and accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by users in relation to the Service.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- Lawsuits between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms shall be effective from January 11, 2026.
